🐍 Common Boa (Boa constrictor imperator) Care Sheet
A powerful yet generally docile species, the Common Boa is a rewarding snake for experienced keepers with space for a large enclosure.

Lifespan: 20–30+ years
Adult Size: 6–8 feet (occasionally larger)
Enclosure Size: 4–6 ft long minimum for adults
Temperament: Calm and handleable, though strong and inquisitive

Type: Sturdy, escape-proof vivarium or PVC enclosure

Ventilation: Moderate, avoid overly dry or humid conditions

Juveniles can be housed in smaller setups but will outgrow them quickly
