Origin: Yemen and southwestern Saudi Arabia
Size: Males 45–60 cm (18–24"); Females 30–45 cm (12–18")
Lifespan: Males 6–8 years; Females 4–6 years (shorter due to reproductive stress)
Temperament: Generally solitary and display-oriented; minimal handling recommended
Activity: Arboreal and diurnal

Adults: 60 x 60 x 120 cm (2' x 2' x 4') screen enclosure is the ideal

Juveniles: Smaller enclosure with proper humidity and ventilation

Ventilation: Essential! Use screen enclosures, ideally not glass or wooden tanks

Décor: Live or artificial plants, vines, and branches for climbing and lots of cover
